摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培养创新人才和提高高职学生创新能力的重要使命,时代的发展对高职院校学生的创新能力提出了越来越高的要求,高职院校面临着培养学生创新能力的严峻考验。高职院校学生创新能力培养存在学生创新意识不强、创新环境不浓厚、师资力量缺乏、创新体制不完善等问题,并提出了激发学生创新的积极主动性、营造良好的多渠道的创新能力培养环境、鼓励和培养高素质创新型教师队伍、进一步完善创新体制的对策。Cultivating innovative talents and improving the innovation ability of higher vocational college students is an important mission.The times develop rapidly,higher vocational college students＇ innovative abilities have become increasingly demanding,higher vocational colleges faces the severe test of the students＇ creative ability training.The questions about the cultivation of higher vocational college students＇ enterprising ability showed that students did not have a strong sense of innovation,environment innovation was not strong,teachers were absent,innovation system was imperfect,and to stimulate students＇ innovative positive initiative,to create a good multi-channels of innovation ability cultivation environment,encourage and cultivate high-quality innovative teachers,to further improve the system innovation countermeasures were put forward.
