摘 要:大学生创新能力的培养是多种教学因素综合效应的结果。改革开放以来,大学生教育发展取得了显著成就,但其教育的培养模式、政策环境、教师及学生双方的监督、问责和激励机制等,在教学改革中还需进一步完善和提高。为此,我校以大学生创新能力培养为目标导向,围绕教师如何教,学生怎样学引领教与学互长,在教改实践中进行了一系列创新探索,取得了显著的效果。实践证明,大学生创新能力培养是提高大学生教学质量的关键。The cultivation of the college students' innovation ability is the result of the combined effect of many teaching factors.Since the reform and opening,the college students' education development has made remarkable achievements,but the training mode of education,the policy environment,teachers and students both sides of the supervision,accountability and incentive mechanism,etc.,in the reform of teaching still need further perfect and improve.Taking college students' innovative ability training as objective orientation,a series of innovation in the educational reform practice exploration was made,the remarkable effect was obtained.Practice proved that the college students' innovative ability training was the key to improve the teaching quality of college students.
