摘 要:《化工原理》是中医药院校制药工程、药物制剂和中药制药专业的专业基础课,是联系理论与实践的重要课程,起到承前启后的作用。具有中医药特色《化工原理》的教学要结合中药制药生产过程,从炮制、提取、制剂等环节出发,紧密联系各单元操作的基本知识,并以具体的中药制药生产过程为例对设备的操作和选型进行讲解。通过教材内容的选择、教学方法的更新、实验内容的改进等方面的教学改革,培养兼具工程思维和中医药思维的人才。Principles of Chemical Engineering is a basic course in pharmaceutical engineering,pharmaceutical preparations and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy professional in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) colleges,which is an important course that link the theory and practice,playing a role in the past.The teaching of Principles of Chemical Engineering with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine should combine with the Chinese pharmaceutical production process,and closely link basic knowledge of each unit operation from concoct,extraction,preparation to other aspects.The particular Chinese pharmaceutical production process was chosen for an example to explain the operation and equipment selection.Person with both engineering thinking and traditional Chinese medicine thinking was developed by the selection of teaching materials,the reform of teaching methods,the improvement of experimental content and other aspects of teaching reform.
