摘 要:目的探讨中学生心理健康现状及其与性别角色冲突的相关性,为改善中学生的心理健康提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方式对河南省洛阳、安阳市1 513名中学生进行调查,完成人口资料问卷、抑郁—焦虑—压力自评量表和性别角色冲突量表调查。结果身体健康程度、学校所在地、独生与否、家庭居住地、家庭形态与家庭关系对中学生抑郁—焦虑—压力总分及各因子分均有影响,差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05)。性别角色冲突与抑郁—焦虑—压力量表总分及各因子分均呈正相关(P值均〈0.01)。回归分析发现,性别角色冲突的4个因子对焦虑及抑郁—焦虑—压力总分均有正向预测作用(β焦虑=0.062~0.245,β总分=0.074~0.289,P值均〈0.05);工作—家庭冲突、限制性情感、同性间限制性亲密行为3个因子对抑郁有预测作用(β=0.117~0.281,P值均〈0.01);工作—家庭冲突、限制性情感、成功、权力和竞争3个因子对压力有正向预测作用(β=0.122~0.272,P值均〈0.01)。结论改善中学生的性别角色冲突,有助于促进中学生的心理健康发展。Objective To investigate the status of middle school students' psychological health and the relationship between psychological health and gender role conflict, so as to provide valuable references for promoting students ' psychological health.Methods A total of 1 513 middle school students in Luoyang and Anyang were investigated by using the demographic questionnaire, DASS and GRCS. Results The total score and each factor of DASS differed among health degrees, school location, only child or not, family location, family patterns and family relationships( P〈0. 05). There were positive correlations between the total score and each factor of GRCS and DASS( P〈0.01). Results of regression analysis showed that anxiety and the total score of DASS was positively predicted by all components of gender role conflict( β = 0.062-0.245, P〈0.05; β = 0.074-0.289, P〈0.01); depression was positively predicted by work-family conflict, restrictive emotionality, restrictive affectionate behavior between men( β =0.117-0.281,P〈0.01); stress was positively predicted by work-family conflict, restrictive emotionality, success, power, competition( β = 0. 122- 0. 272, P〈0. 01). Conclusion The improvement of gender role conflict can be conductive to the psychological health of middle students.
