摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定富硒大米中Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cr含量的方法,样品经微波消解后,直接用ICP-MS同时测定上述5种元素。结果显示,5种元素的检出限在0.009μg/L^0.038μg/L之间,标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999 5,方法精密度RSD<5.7%,加标回收率在76.5%~108.1%之间,同时,用大米国家标准物质GBW10010对方法的准确性进行了确认。本文用建立的方法对富硒大米中铬、铅、镉、汞、砷的含量进行了测定,并对富硒大米的重金属残留作了初步调查。The method for determination of Pb, As, Cd, Hg and Cr in selenium-enriched rice by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed. The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, and then detected by ICP-MS. For all elements, the correlation coefficient of the calibra-tion curves were over 0.999 5;the detection limits were in the range of 0.009 μg/L-0.038μg/L;the relative stan-dard deviations were less than 5.7%;the recoveries were in the range of 76.5%-108.1%.Mean-while, the rice national standard reference material (GBW 10010) was monitored to verify the accuracy and precision of the method. The 5 elements in the samples were detected by the proposed method, and a preliminary investi-gation was carried out for the heavy metal residues in the selenium-enriched rice.
