摘 要:目的:掌握听障大学生自我决定能力现状,促使其更好适应社会。方法以问卷调查法结合结构化访谈对我国4所高校的541名听障大学生自我决定能力进行调查研究,分析比较统计结果。结果我国听障大学生自我决定能力总体均值为3.19,4个维度的均值在3.03~3,19;在学校环境中的自我决定能力的均值有4个项目处于3以下,但在与人分享及达成目标两个项目相对较好;不同年级的听障大学生在我的情况、我的感受、在校情况和在家情况的自我决定能力都有显著差异(P〈0.001);父母受教育程度的差异与自我决定能力有显著差异(P〈0.05);是否独生子女的听障生在我的情况、我的感受维度方面和自我决定能力都有显著差异(P〈0.05);不同性别听障生在在校情况维度上的自我决定能力有显著差异(P〈0.05);交往对象只有在校情况和在家情况两个维度上有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论我国听障大学生自我决定能力处于较高水平;在学校环境中得到的支持较少;人口统计学因素对自我决定能力影响显著。Objective To investigate the self-determination ability in college students with hearing loss and tofind effective improvement strategies to make them more socially adaptable.Methods Aquestionnaire survey and a structured interview were counducted to investigate the self-determination ability of 541 college students with hearing loss in four universities in China.Results The self-determination ability of college students with hearing loss in China was at a higher level; their self-determination ability was relatively low on campus, but they still has a better understanding of what they want to do, set goals, and how to achieve goal.The population characteristics of college students with hearing loss such as grades, where they come, parental education level, one-child or not, and so on, showed a significant effect on self-determination ability.Conclusion In our country the hearing lose college students' self-determination ability at a higher level; in the school environment less support; The demographic factors significantl influence on self-determination ability.
