摘 要:在车身耐撞性设计中,前纵梁等吸能部件广泛采用异材、异厚的帽型梁结构,而传统理论方法很难对其轴向压溃力进行准确预测。针对传统方法存在的不足,以超折叠单元(Superfolding Element,SE)理论为基础,提出通用帽型梁结构轴向压溃理论,可准确预测异材、异厚单帽及双帽薄壁梁结构的平均压溃力,并通过试验及仿真手段验证了该理论的准确性。In the crashworthiness design of car body, the hat-section beam with different materials and thickness has been widely used in energy absorption components such as a front side member. By using the traditional theory, its mean crushing force is hard to predict. Based on the superfolding element(SE), the general axial crushing theory for hat-section beam has been put forward to accurately predict the mean crushing force of the hat-section thin-walled beam with different materials and thickness. And the proposed theory has been verified by experiments and simulation.
