摘  要:目的:研究2种铒激光对牙本质小管封闭的效果。方法:制取27个离体牙的牙本质盘,用0.5 mol/L的EDTA脱矿使得牙本质小管开放,按处理方法不同随机分为3组(n=9):空白对照组(A),Er:YAG激光组(B),Er,Cr:YSGG激光组(C)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察比较3组牙本质小管的封闭效果。结果:SEM观察发现B、C组均有明显封闭物堵塞牙本质小管口。小管面积暴露率A、B、C组分别为(33.610±7.545)%、(4.186±0.723)%、(3.798%±0.843)%(3组间比较,P<0.01;B、C组间比较,P>0.05)。结论:2种铒激光均能较好的封闭牙本质小管,两者的封闭效果无显著差异。Objective: To evaluate the occluding effect of 2 kinds of Er laser on dentinal tubules. Methods: 27 dentine discs were prepared,etched with 0. 5 mol / L EDTA and then divided into 3 groups( n = 9). The samples in group A without treatment were used as the controls,in group B treated with Er: YAG laser irradiation and in group C treated with Er,Cr: YSGG laser irradiation. The occluding effect was examined by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Results: Micrographs of SEM showed obvious occluding effect in group B and C. The dentinal tubule exposure rates of group A,B and C were 33. 610% ± 7. 545%,4. 186% ± 0. 723% and 3. 798% ±0. 843% respectively( among 3 groups,P〈0. 01; B vs C,P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The 2 kinds of Er laser can block dentinal tubules.
