摘　　要：本文基于湖南省60多所中等职业学校的教学工作和教学质量评价工作调研,是中等职业教育教学过程监控的实证研究,提出了实施中等职业教育教学过程监控的关键是树立全员质量意识、重点是构建教学质量监控体系、灵魂是注重反馈持续改进。Based on the survey on teaching and teaching quality evaluation in over 60 secondary vocational schools in Hunan and the empirical research on teaching process monitoring of secondary vocational education, it＇s presented in this paper that, to monitor teaching process, the key is to foster full quality consciousness, and the f^us is to construct teaching quality monitoring system, and the soul is to concern feedback and continue improvement.
