摘  要:高职院校学生社会适应能力是学生个人发展应具备的基本素质,素质拓展训练是大学生在高仿真环境中的一次演练,有助于大学生实现自我教育、自我管理、自我反思、自我总结。针对高职院校学生缺乏独立生存能力、缺少团队合作意识、抗挫折能力差等缺点,通过素质拓展可以有效地加以克服,从而提高其就业核心竞争力和社会适应能力,以适应社会对高职人才发展的要求。Higher vocational college students' social adaptation ability is the basic quality of student individual development, the quality-extended training of students is a drill in the high simulation environment which can make students realize self-education, self-management, self-reflection and self-summary. In view of the problems of higher vocational college students' lacking of independent survival ability, teamwork sense, anti-frustration ability and other problems, it can effectively improve the students' employment core competitiveness and social adaptation ability through the quality-extended training, and fully meet the needs of the social development for higher vocational talents.
