摘　　要：研究生科学道德建设是研究生教育领域的一个重大问题。强化的研究生科学道德他律并未有效地转化为其应然的自律。在研究生科学道德建设中,应该首先认识到道德他律向道德自律转化失效的原因。重视研究生科学道德教育、提升导师科学道德的示范作用、建立科学的学术评价体系,是改善和提高研究生科学道德自律能力的路径。The construction of science and morality for graduates is an important matter in the field of graduate education. The heteronomy of the strengthened science and morality for graduates is not effectively transformed into the ideal self-discipline. In the construction of science and morality for graduates, it is necessary to firstly realize the rea- son for failure to transform from moral heteronomy to self-discipline. It is the path of improving and improving the ability of scientific and moral self-discipline to attach importance to the scientific and moral education of graduates, improve the exemplary roles of supervisors＇ science and morality and establish the scientific evaluation system.
