改良PBL教学法在泌尿外科实习教学中的应用

摘　　要：由于学生缺乏自主学习能力和独立解决问题的能力,传统PBL教学法在具体实施过程中存在诸多弊端。改良后的PBL教学法结合典型病例视频课件库,借助其直观性、形象性和生动性,给学生提供了一个真实的诊疗场景,使学生的学习更主动、知识更全面、临床实践能力更强。Due to the lack of the abilities of autonomous learning and independent problem solving, the tradition- al PBL teaching method has many disadvantages in the specific implementation process. The improved PBL teaching method has combined with the video courseware library of the typical cases, with its intuitive, vivid and lively, provid- ing a real treatment scenario to students, making students＇ learning more active, knowledge more comprehensive and clinical practice ability stronger.
