摘  要:高职英语课程教学创新与高职教育内涵式发展息息相关。高职英语课程教学创新的实现,需要更新价值观念,厘清育人理念,实现技能与文化并重的教育培养理念的更迭与创新。教师要以课堂教学为突破口,以学生发展为中心,鼓励学生进行实践体验创新。教学内容改革需要重视职场文化因素的建构整合与有效导入,实现教学文本创新。The innovation of English teaching in the higher vocational college is development of the higher vocational education. The innovation realizing of English closely related to the connotation teaching in the higher vocational college needs to update values, clarify the concept of education, and achieve the change and innovation of the educa- tion concept of skills and culture combining. The teacher should take the classroom teaching as the breakthrough point, take the student development as the center and encourage the student to carry on the practice experience inno- vation. The reform of teaching content needs to pay attention to the construction, integration and effective introduction of the cultural factors in the workplace, to implement the teaching text innovation.
