摘 要:文章从大系统分析与预测控制的角度,研究了闭环供应链大系统环境——经济双向协调控制问题。运用动态大系统的相关理论,结合时变系统辨识方法和不依赖于被控对象的自适应控制律(无模型控制律),提出了闭环供应链环境——经济双向协调无模型控制算法,同时针对闭环供应链多输入多输出、强耦合且很难解耦的系统,提出了相应的多输入多输出非线性系统的无模型控制算法,并较好地将此无模型控制律应用于某纺织服装闭环供应链系统的协调控制中。In this paper, from the perspective of large system analysis and predictive control, the problems on the environmental economic two-way coordinated control in closedloop chain large system are studied. On the basis of the related theory of dynamic large system, with the identification method of time-varying system and the adaptive control law independent on the controlled object (model free control law), the environmental economic two-way coordinated model free control algorithm in closed-loop chain system is put forward; meanwhile, for the system of MIMO, strong coupling and very difficult decoupling for closed-loop chain, the corresponding model free control for the MIMO nonlinear system is proposed, and the model free control laws are applied to the coordinated control of a textile and apparel closed-loop supply chain system.
