摘　　要：医学学术学位研究生教育是培养高素质、高水平科研人才的重要途径。本文从科研意识、学术能力、学术道德规范认识等角度着手,分析当前高等医学院校研究生学术素养现状,探讨提升研究生学术素养的必要性及策略。Education of medical academic graduate student is an important approach to train high quality talent.In this paper,from such several perspectives of the consciousness of scientific research,academic ability,academic ethics cognition,analysis the academic literacy of the current status of higher medical colleges and universities graduate student,as well as,discuss the necessity and strategies for its improvement.
