摘  要:目的:了解护士的组织公民行为现状并分析影响因素,以便有针对性的提出对策。方法采用一般情况调查表、对江苏省10所三级甲等综合医院436名护士进行调查。统计护士组织公民行为得分排名项目及得分、不同个体特征护士组织公民行为的差异和护士组织公民行为的影响因素。结果在组织公民行为量表的各条目中,得分最高者为“愿意帮助新同事适应新的环境为(4.62±0.51)”,其次为“注意维护同事之间的团结,维护人际和谐”为(4.61±0.52)分;得分最低者为“即使没有额外的工资你也愿意加班工作”为(3.48±1.14)分。不同年龄、职称、职务、工作年限、月薪的护士组织公民行为得分比较后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);职务是预测三级甲等综合医院护士组织公民行为的主要因素。结论三级甲等综合医院护士组织公民行为处于中上水平,其主要影响因素是职务。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nurses′organizational citizenship behaviors so as to help develop relevant strategies. Methods A total of 436 nurses from ten level-three class A general hospitals in Jiangsu province were investigated by questionnaires. The scores of each item of organizational citizenship behavior, differences in organizational citizenship behavior of nurses with different personal characteristics and influencing factors of nurses′organizational citizenship behaviors were analyzed. Results In the organizational citizenship behavior scale, the item with highest score was “willing to help new colleagues adapt to the new environment ( 4. 62 ± 0. 51 )”, followed by “paying attention to the maintenance of solidarity between colleagues and interpersonal harmony (4. 61 ± 0. 52)”. The item with lowest score was “willing to work overtime even without the extra wages (3. 48 ± 1. 14)”, followed by “willing to actively participate in training, education and even at their own expense ( 3. 84 ± 0. 97 )”. There were significant differences in nurses with different ages, professional titles, posts, years of work experiences and monthly salaries (P〈0. 05). Multiple regression analysis showed that the post was the influencing factors of nurses′organizational citizenship behaviors. Conclusions The nurses′ organizational citizenship behaviors in level three class A general hospitals are in the upper level and the post is the main influencing factor of nurses′organizational citizenship behaviors.
