摘 要:目的探讨职业探索对护理本科生应对效能及就业能力关系中的中介作用。方法采用一般资料调查表、护理本科生就业能力量表、职业探索问卷及大学生应对效能问卷对582名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果应对效能及各维度与职业探索及各维度、就业能力及各维度均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);职业探索在应对效能各维度与就业能力各维度之间起着部分中介作用;应对效能能够直接正向预测护理本科生就业能力,同时应对效能也可通过职业探索间接正向预测护理本科生就业能力。结论提高应对效能感和积极进行职业探索是提高护生就业能力的一种有效途径。Objective To explore the mediation effect of career exploration between coping self-efficacy and employability among nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 582 nursing undergraduates were investigated using with the general information questionnaire, employability evaluation scale, career exploration questionnaire and coping self-efficacy questionnaire. Results Significant correlation were found among coping self-efficacy, career exploration, employability and all dimensions of three scale(P〈0.05). Career exploration has a partially mediate effect between all dimensions of coping self-efficacy and all dimensions of employability. Coping efficacy not only has direct influence on employability, but also indirectly influences employability through career exploration in nursing undergraduates. Conclusion It is an efficient way to improve the employability of nursing undergraduates by boosting the coping selfefficacy and actively career explorating.
