摘　　要：[目的/意义]基于SNS的"智慧"老人知识共享行为的影响因素,为SNS虚拟社区的为老服务建设提供更有效的实践指引。[方法/过程]提出"智慧"老人的概念,进行文献回顾分析,并以社会认知理论为基础,引入"信任感知"变量,构建基于SNS的"智慧"老人知识共享行为影响因素模型,对假设模型进行实证研究。[结果/结论]结果表明,老年人自我认知、外部环境和信任感知均对"智慧"老人知识共享行为产生积极影响,而良好技术使用环境对老年人的期望收益和虚拟社区感均未产生显著的正向作用。Objective/Significance] Exploring the influence factors of the＂wisdom＂ elders＇ knowledge sharing behavior based on SNS, this research provides more effective practice guidelines for the old service construction in SNS virtual community. [ Method/Process] Put-ting forward the concept of the＂wisdom＂ elders, reviewing and analyzing literatures, and based on the social cognitive theory and introdu-cing the variable of trust perception, it constructs the model about the influence factors of the＂wisdom＂ elders＇ knowledge sharing behav-ior based on SNS. This research carries on the empirical study to the hypothesis model. [ Result/Conclusion] The empirical results show that the elderly＇s self-cognition, external environment and perception of trust have a positive impact on the ＂wisdom＂ elders＇ knowledge sharing behavior, and good technology-using environment for the elderly＇ s expected returns and their sense of virtual community doesn＇t have significant positive effect.
