摘　　要：传统的教学模式在多学科融合的生物信息学专业已经不再适用。任务驱动教学模式是将教、学、做一体化的新的教学模式,强调教学与任务相结合,能够提高学生自主学习,发现问题、解决问题的能力。从不同方面阐述任务驱动模式在生物信息学专业教学中的应用,希望为研究生物信息教学的教师提供理论参考依据。The traditional teaching model is no longer applicable in bioinformatics with muhidisciplinary integration.Task-driven teaching mode is a new teaching mode with integration of teaching, learning and making, which emphasizes on improving students＇ self-directed learning, problem-discovering and problem-solving abilities. Application of task-driven mode in bioinformatics teaching was elaborated in this paper, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the study of bioinformatics.
