摘  要:考虑到船舶双机并车推进系统,柴油机之间的启动相位差角是变化的,由于制造和安装误差,各气缸负荷不均匀,都会影响到实际激励力矩,从而使轴系的扭转振动出现变化,以某船为例,分别对实际状态和理想状态进行计算,结果表明,柴油机相位差角和气缸负荷不均通常会使轴系扭转振动加剧,在设计计算时应充分考虑。In a twin-engine incoporation propulsion system,the phase difference between two diesel engines is changeable,and the loads of diesel cylinders are always unequal due to the deviation of manufacturing and installation. These two factors could influence the actual excitation torque and change the shafting torsional vibration as consequence. Taking a real ship as instance,the torsional vibrations are calculated under the state of real cylinder loads and ideal state respectively. The results show that the phase difference and unequal distribution of cylinder loads should be fully considered when designing and calculating because they always intensify the shafting torsional vibration.
