摘  要:Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8是一株具有高效拮抗Penicillium expansum的生防菌,对苹果采后青霉病具有显著的防治效果。为了解该菌株对动物及人的安全性,通过Ames实验、骨髓微核实验、精子畸形实验及28d喂养实验等测定了菌株发酵液对小鼠的遗传毒性及急性经口毒性影响。结果表明,菌株BA-16-8菌悬液(1×10~8cfu/mL)对小鼠无毒,故属安全级别。此外,菌株BA-16-8菌悬液对小鼠无致突变作用。喂养过程中,相对比对照组,实验组小鼠的血常规及生理生化指标虽在实验前期有所差异,但随着处理时间延长,差异逐渐缩小至不显著,此外,实验组小鼠的脏器指数与对照组无显著差异。由此可推断,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8的菌悬液对哺乳动物安全,可用于苹果采摘后的涂膜处理及防腐保鲜。Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8, with a significant antagonist effect on Penicillium expansum, showed good activity against blue mold decay. In order to determine the safety of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8 to animals and human, The genetic and acute oral toxicity effect was tested by Ames test, Bone marrow micro nuclear test, sperm deformity experiment and 28 days of feeding test. As was shown in the results, the fermentation broth of BA-16-8(1×10~8 cfu/mL) has little toxicity on mice,which belongs to safety level. Besides, The fermentation broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8 has no mutagenic effect on mice. In the early stage of feeding, although the result of routine blood examine and physio-biochemical indexes of experimental group showed significant difference compared to control group. The difference was gradually decreased until the level was not significant, which was consistent with organ index. In sum up, we can conclude the fermentation broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8 was safe to both animals and human, which could be used for fresh-keeping and preservative storage film which coated the apples.
