摘 要:目的:分析比较内蒙古阿拉善盟5产地锁阳、西北4主产地及巴彦淖尔产锁阳营养及活性成分含量的异同,为阿拉善盟锁阳的开发利用提供依据。方法:测定了锁阳中6种营养成分和3种活性成分的含量。采用主成分分析及聚类分析对锁阳进行分析评价。结果:主成分中贡献最大的为儿茶素,其次为淀粉。聚类分析将锁阳分4组,可基本将锁阳聚为阿拉善盟产及非阿拉善盟产两大类。结论:儿茶素及淀粉是锁阳最为主要的特征成分,与锁阳品质密切相关。锁阳在相同地区拥有相同品质,不同地区存在明显品质差异。Objective: To enhance the utilization, the contents of nutrient and active ingredient of Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr from Alashan(5 sites), Northwest area(4 sites) and Bayannur were compared. Method: Six nutrients and three active ingredients of Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr. were determined, and the nutritional value of Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr were evaluated based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results: Catechin was the most principal components in Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr and starch was next. The samples were divided into four categories while quality is different from origins. Conclusion: Catechin and starch was the characteristic component which is closely related to Cynomorium Songaricum's quality. Cynomorium Songaricum can be mainly divided into two categories which are Alashan's and others'.
