摘  要:基于轴箱垂向振动加速度能有效刻画轨道短波不平顺引起轮轨之间高频冲击的特性,提出基于带通滤波后轴箱垂向振动加速度的轨道冲击指数,评判高速铁路轨道短波不平顺病害;相对以轴箱垂向振动加速度幅值为指标的传统评价方法,用轨道冲击指数评判轨道的短波不平顺病害,可以有效减少钢轨接头焊缝、道岔以及钢轨不均匀磨耗、波浪和波纹磨耗等各种随机因素对评判结果的影响。针对传统的轴箱垂向振动加速度移动有效值计算方法效率低的问题,通过挖掘相邻2个移动有效值的递推关系,设计出轴箱垂向振动加速度移动有效值快速计算方法。采用轨道冲击指数法和实测的轴箱垂向振动加速度评判轨道短波平顺状态,并与轮轨力检测结果对比。结果表明:用轨道冲击指数能更有效评判轨道短波不平顺病害,而且具有很好的重复性;用给出的轴箱垂向振动加速度移动有效值快速算法有效解决了传统算法计算量过大的问题,满足了工程在线应用的要求。Based on the principle that the axle-box is directly connected with the wheel set and its vertical acceleration can effectively characterize the high-frequency impact feature between the wheel and rail caused by the short-wave track irregularity,we propose a new criterion named track impact index calculated from filtered axle-box vertical acceleration to evaluate track short wave diseases of high speed railway.Comparing with the traditional axle-box acceleration amplitude criterion,the new criterion has the advantage of effectively reducing the effect of various random factors(rail weld joint,turnout,rail uneven wear and rail corrugation)on evaluation results.For solving the low efficiency problem of the traditional method in calculating the mobile RMS of filtered axle-box vertical acceleration,a fast algorithm is designed by mining the recursive relationship between adjacent two mobile RMS.We adopt track impact index and use the measured axle-box vertical acceleration of comprehensive inspection train to evaluate the status of the short-wave track irregularity of high speed railway,and verify the results by comparing with the analysis results of wheel-rail force.The results show that the new evaluation method not only can diagnose short wave track diseases,but also has good repeatability.Furthermore,the fast algorithm for mobile RMS calculation can effectively solve the problem that the computation amount by traditional algorithm is too large,which meets the requirements for on line engineering application.
