摘 要:针对我国某高速铁路无砟轨道线路出现的典型钢轨波磨情况,通过现场测试和仿真分析,研究高速铁路轨道结构振动特性与钢轨波磨间的内在关系以及轨道振动特性对钢轨波磨影响的机理。结果表明:该线路上存在2个显著波长的钢轨波磨,区段A的显著波长和次显著波长分别为50~65和100~125mm,对应的通过频率分别为1 150~1 500和600~750Hz;区段B的显著波长和次显著波长分别为65~80和125~160mm,对应的通过频率分别为1 041~1 282和521~667Hz;在典型激励下钢轨的敏感响应频率与显著波长对应的通过频率相近;有限元模型仿真计算结果与现场轨道振动特性测试结果相一致,钢轨显著波长波磨与轨道结构振动特性中的钢轨垂向Pinned-pinned共振有关,次显著波长波磨与钢轨相对于轨道板的垂向弯曲共振有内在联系。In view of the typical rail corrugation occurred on the ballastless track of certain high speed railway in China,the internal relationship between the vibration characteristics of track structure and rail corrugation of high speed railway as well as the influence mechanism was studied through field test and simulation analysis.Results show that there are two rail corrugation sections with significant wavelength on the track.The significant wavelength and secondary significant wavelength on section A is 50~65and100~125mm respectively,and the corresponding passing frequencies are 1 150~1 500 and 600~750 Hz respectively.The significant wavelength and secondary significant wavelength on section B is 65~80and125~160mm respectively,and the corresponding passing frequencies are 1 041~1 282 and 521~667 Hz respectively.Under typical excitation,the sensitive response frequencies of the track are close to the passing frequencies corresponding to rail corrugation with significant wavelength.The simulation results of finite element model agree well with field test results of track vibration characteristics.The significant wavelength of rail corrugation is related to the vertical Pinned-pinned resonance in the vibration characteristics of track structure and the secondary significant wavelength of rail corrugation is interrelated to the vertical bending resonance of track slab.
