摘　　要：新加坡南洋理工大学能在短期内发展成为世界知名大学,是与其人才战略的成功实施密不可分的。南洋理工大学在人才引进、人才培养和人才任用等方面都颇具特色,其成功经验值得中国高校学习和借鉴。在建设世界一流大学和一流学科中,中国高校要结合学科发展特点做好引智工作,制定合理的人才引进计划,完善人才培育和任用机制。The reason why Nanyang Technological University has become a world famous university in a very short period is closely related to the fact that it has successfully implemented the talent strategy.This University is rather unique in talent introduction,talent training and talent appointment.Its successful experience is worth our study.In the construction of world leading universities and first-class disciplines,taking the discipline development into full account,the higher education institutions in our country should improve the talent recruitment work,develop a reasonable talent introduction plan and improve the mechanism of talent training and appointment.
