消弭教育冲突 建设和谐校园

摘　　要：当前,由各种因素造成的教育冲突时有发生。如何消弭教育冲突,建设和谐校园?笔者认为,应该从以下三个方面下功夫:第一,需要摈弃传统的师道尊严,建立新型师生关系,让师生共奏和谐乐章;第二,完善家校沟通平台,更新家庭教育观念;第三,更新教育方式,最大限度发挥学生的主体作用,培养学生自我教育、自我管理能力。Currently, various factors cause the frequent occur-rence of educational contradictions. To eliminate educational contradictions and construct a harmonious campus, the writer holds that the following three measures should be taken： first, we should abandon the traditional concept on teachers＇ dignity, in order to construct a new teacher-student relation; second, we should improve the family-school communication platform and renew the concept on family education; third, we should culti-vate students＇ ability of self-education and self-management by reforming education methods and give play to students＇ subjec-tive role.
