摘　　要：随着现代教育的发展以及对英语语言运用能力要求的提高,高校英语课堂教学在增加学生英语知识储备和提高英语口语水平方面发挥着至关重要的作用,是大学英语学习不可或缺的一部分,而在英语课堂上获得的提高能有效地体现在英语角参与者的活动表现上。因此,高校英语课堂教学和英语角并不是毫无关系,而是相互作用,相互影响。With the development of modern education and the improvement of the ability to use English, college English class teaching, as a key component of college English learning, plays a vital role in increasing the students＇ knowledge reserve and enhancing their oral English. And the improvement obtained through English class can be further reflected on the performance of participants in English corner. Therefore, college English class teaching and English corner influence and interact on each other rather than irrelevant.
