摘　　要：About two centuries ago,Adam Smith’s traditional division of labor laid the cornerstone of traditional management theory,by turning businesses from small workshops into prototypes of modern enterprises.In the wake of Adam’s theory,three pioneers of classical management theory emerged with their brilliance:Frederick Winslow Taylor who proposed the idea of production line;Max Weber with his bureaucracy in organizational management;Henri Fayol who developed a general theory of business administration that is often called Fayolism.The theoriesAbout two centuries ago,Adam Smith＇s traditional division of labor laid the cornerstone of traditional management theory,by turning businesses from small workshops into prototypes of modern enterprises.In the wake of Adam＇s theory,three pioneers of classical management theory emerged with their brilliance：Frederick Winslow Taylor who proposed the idea of production line;Max Weber with his bureaucracy in organizational management;Henri Fayol who developed a general theory of business administration that is often called Fayolism.
