探讨培养大学生学习主动性的途径

摘　　要：本文从家庭环境、中小学教育及就业形势和学习兴趣等方面分析了影响大学生学习主动性的原因并提出改进措施。要培养大学生学习主动性,首先应建立完善的教学管理制度,加强学风建设;其次应在课堂教学中转变教师和学生的观念,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生成为课堂的主导,老师只是起到引导和指导的作用;最后应将网络应用于实践教学中,为学生提供更多的实践锻炼机会。In the paper,we investigated some reasons which affect the initiative of college students in study such as family circumstances,education in primary and middle schools,situation of employment and study interest.To improve initiative of college students,three measures are given as follows： First,a perfect education management system should be built to enhance college learning style; Second,the concept of the teachers and students in classroom teaching should be changed to motivate the interest of students,so that the students are the leading characters,while the teachers are the guides; Last,network should be used in practice teaching class in order to give the students more chance to practice the theory in classroom.
