摘　　要：随着高职教育的改革发展,实验实训室管理涉及整个学校的专业建设进程和全院治理结构的完整,是极其重要的一部分。本文从现状出发,分析了传统管理模式带来的种种弊端,提出实训室管理模式改革的构想,并在管理理念上立足于抓住高职教育本身的特点和效益优先的原则。With the reform and development of higher vocational education,experiment and training room management plays a vital role,concerning the major construction and comprehensive administration of the whole college.Starting from the current situation,this paper analyzes the defects of the traditional management model,and proposes ideas for the reform of training room management model,based on the characteristics of higher vocational education and the principle of giving priority to efficiency.
