摘  要:班级企业化管理是近年来研究班级文化管理的一个新课题。为了更好地满足社会需求,满足企业用人单位对于人才的标准,高等教育引进企业化管理模式,将企业化管理模式融入到班级管理中。运用班级企业化管理,可以更好地了解企业文化,熟悉企业制度,更好地适应企业生活,有效地提升毕业生的就业率,提高人才培养水平。在当前企业用人标准不断提升的情况下,高校实行企业化管理模式可以提高学生的专业知识水平,锻炼多方面的技能与综合水平,使在校生的职业素养得到提高。Enterprise-based class management is a new topic in recent years' research of class culture management.To better meet social demands and the standards of employers for talents,enterprise-based management modes are introduced to higher education and integrated into class management.The application of enterprise-based class management can help students better understand enterprise culture and systems and better adapt to enterprise life,thus effectively improving their quality and employment.With the continuous rise of employers' standards for talents,the application of enterprise-based management modes in colleges and universities can improve the level of students' professional knowledge,train their skills and comprehensive ability in various aspects,and also cultivate their occupational quality.
