摘　　要：如何更好地利用和管理这些资产服务于高校的科研、教学等事业发展,目前已经成为高校资产管理所面临的重要课题。要管理好高校资产,高校管理部门必须增强管理意识,建立适应新形势的资产管理模式,实施固定资产管理信息化、现代化,加强资产管理队伍建设,提高管理人员业务素质,强化内部审计及财务监督。Abstract： How we use and manage best the administration of college of fixed assets to serve scientific research and education is the key question faced by the asset management of college and university. The management department must increased management concept, and establish new management mode, and carry out informatization and modernize for increasing the management level of fixed assets. It must establish financing management group, and increase professional quality of administrator and strengthen the internal audit and fiscal oversight.
