摘　　要：高校档案作为学校发展历史的积淀和原始记录,蕴含着丰富的文化功能,在新的历史时期,大力推进高校档案文化建设,对于推动社会文化大发展和高校文化繁荣具有重要而深刻的意义。论述了新时期高校档案文化建设的重要性,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。As the accumulation of a university＇s history and the original records, archives contain rich cultural functions. In the new historical period, it is of great meaning for universities to vigorously promote the cultural construction of archives, for it is also promoting the school＇s cultural prosperity and the society＇s cultural development. This paper will analyze the importance of the new period＇s cultural construction of archives in universities and the main problems, and then put forward some specific strategies and suggestions.
