摘　　要：目的通过分析医院PDCA案例,为医院实现质量持续改进提供参考。方法以医院91个科室共计107个PDCA案例为研究对象,对科室覆盖率、PDCA的认知度及使用效果等进行分析。结果该院开展PDCA案例分析科室覆盖率为100%,医院各科室对PDCA的认知度及使用效果有一定差别。结论 PDCA培训成果显著,应用范围广泛,使医院整体服务水平有了较大提升。Objective To investigate the current situation of case analysis on hospital PDCA, to provide reference for con- tinuous quality improvement in hospital. Method A total of 107 PDCA cases from 91 departments in a hospital were included for analysis on coverage of departments, awareness of the PDCA and using effects. Result The PDCA case analysis covered 100% of the departments in hospital, and there had difference on awareness and using effects among different departments. Conclusion The training of PDCA had significant effect with wide range of application, which improved the overall service lev- el in the hospital.
