摘　　要：针对现行的军队自学考试考籍管理系统在数据一致性、时效性、安全性等方面存在的主要缺陷,提出基于分布式数据库部署的自学考试考籍管理系统设计方案,进一步提升军队自学考试考籍管理水平。Given the defects with regard to consistency, timeliness and security of the Self- Taught Higher Education Examination management system of the People＇s Liberation Army（PLA）, the article proposes a design for the PLA＇s Self- Taught Higher Education Examination management system based on distributed database deployment. It will improve the level of management.
