摘　　要：本研究对全国各省（区、市）出台的普惠性民办幼儿园认定及管理办法等政策文件从认定办法、奖补与收费办法、质量监管三方面进行了梳理，在此基础上探讨了进一步扶持普惠性民办幼儿园发展的策略问题。This study reviews the official policies and documents of all provinces concerning the recognition and manage- ment of inclusive private kindergartens from three aspects： way of recognition, reward-subsidy and billing system, and quality monitoring. This paper also discusses the strategies helping the development of inclusive private kindergarten.
