摘  要:为提高控制精度和增大无功裕度,提出了基于自适应动态规划法的二级电压控制器设计方案。首先构建了反映主导节点电压偏差和机端电压参考值增量的效用函数,然后对未来时间效用函数累加建立代价函数。控制器由评价网络和执行网络组成,均采用BP神经网络实现。评价网络和执行网络权值通过离线学习得到。根据Bellman最优化原理,迭代训练评价网络和执行网络,某省级电网仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。A secondary voltage controller is designed to improve control accuracy and enhance reactive power margin based on adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) method. First, utility function is proposed to minimize voltage deviation at pilot buses with respect to their settings and increments of generator terminal voltages. Then cost-to-go function is constructed by accumulating utility function in future. Secondary voltage controller consists of a critic network and an action network, and both are structured with BP neural network. Parameters of critic network and action network are determined through off-line training beforehand. Principle of Bellman optimality is employed to training them iteratively. Simulation studies on a real provincial power system validate correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
