摘 要:论文采用问卷调查的方法研究公立高校学生权利的实现状况。论文将学生权利分为受教育的权利和其他权利两大类。受教育的权利包括教育选择权、获得学习指导权、获得资助权、获得公正评价权;其他权利包括安全权、知情权、监督权、救济权。研究发现如下:第一,学生受教育的权利的实现状况好于其他权利;第二,学生受教育的权利中,获得资助权的实现状况最好,获得学习指导权的实现状况最不理想;第三,其他权利中,学生的安全权得到了较好的实现,救济权的实现程度最低。论文据此提出了改进和完善公立高校相关制度的针对性建议。The study addresses the realization of student rights in public universities based on questionnaire survey. In this study, student rights are categorized under two headings:rights to education and other rights. Rights to education include right to education option, right to study guidance, right to financial support, and right to fair evaluation. Meanwhile, other rights include right to security, right to know, right to supervise, and right to remedy. Three conclusions are drawn from the research. Firstly, the rights to education are better realized than the other rights of the students. Secondly, among rights to education, the realization of right to financial support is the most desirable while the realization of right to study guidance the least. Thirdly, among the other rights, the realization of right to security is fairly satisfactory while the realization of right to remedy is less than satisfactory. Accordingly, the authors put forward specific suggestions for the improvement of relevant system in public universities.
