摘 要:临床路径是针对某一种疾病建立的一套标准化治疗模式,以循证医学证据和指南为指导,从而促进疾病的诊治和管理。临床路径具有简洁易懂、可操作性高、诊治疗效强的特点。本文通过结合临床路径与病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查、诊断和治疗,以糖尿病及其并发症为例,探讨临床路径教学在内分泌科教学中的意义。提倡开展专科临床路径教学,规范临床医疗实践,提高医疗质量,能为学生提供理论和实践相结合的平台,有利于实习医生临床思维能力和探索创新能力的提高。Clinical Pathway, based on evidence and clinical guidelines, is a standardized treatment model with simplicity, applicability and efficacy to facilitate the diagnosis and management of a certain disease. This article aims to investigate the teaching of clinical pathway combined with medical history inquiry, physical examination, laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment in endocrinology department, taking the management of diabetes and related complications as an example. Introducing the teaching Of clinical pathway helps to standardize the clinical practice, improve the quality of medical care and provide a platform where physicians can combine their theories with practice, thus facilitating the promotion of ability of clinical thinking and innovation among interns.
