摘　　要：功能性稻米具有普通稻米所没有的调节人体生理机能、预防疾病的功能。目前,国内外对稻米营养品质、生理活性物质与人体生理活动关系进行了研究,通过常规育种、基因突变技术、分子标记辅助选择技术选育出一些具有特定保健功能的水稻新品种、新品系。Functional rice has the functions of adjusting physiological enginery and preventing diseases, both of which common rice does not possess. Nowadays, the relationships between rice＇s nutritional quality as well as its physiological activator and human physiology activities are being researched on. Some new rice species and strains have been bred selectively by means of the technologies such as conventional breeding, genetic mutation and molecular marker-assisted selection.
