摘　　要：面对国民经济发展新形势,高职院校毕业生就业遇到了一定的困难。在这种情况下,高职院校和有关部门应提高对高校毕业生就业工作重要性的认识,客观地分析面临的就业形势,克服困难,采取各种有效措施,促使高职毕业生及时充分就业和满意就业。Facing new situation of the national economy development, higher vocational college graduates encountered some difficulties in employment. In this case, higher vocational colleges and related departments should improve the recognition of the importance of graduate employment work in colleges and universities, objectively analyze the employment situation, overcome difficulties and take various effective measures to encourage timely full employment and satisfactory employment of higher vocational graduates.
