摘  要:采用水提取法制备出荆芥复方提取液(生药的质量浓度0.05 g/mL),通过样品对豚鼠皮肤瘙痒模型的体内止痒实验、大鼠被动皮肤过敏模型的抗敏作用实验和豚鼠皮肤脱水模型的皮肤修复作用实验,评估荆芥复方提取液在动物水平上的抗敏功效.实验结果表明,在0.5 wt%受试浓度下,磷酸组胺致痒阈达(154±31)μg;在2.0 wt%受试浓度下,毛细血管通透性降低率为 15.5%;在0.5 wt%受试浓度下,敏后肌肤水分散失保护率为18%.这说明荆芥复方提取液在动物水平上具有良好的止痒、消肿及敏后修复功效.Nepeta cataria prescriptions were extracted with distilled water and the mass concentration of Nepeta cataria in the extract was 0.05 g/mL.The animal models of anti-pruritus,passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA)and dehydrated skin of guinea pig after allergy were applied to study relieve itching,detumescence and allergic skin repair activity of the active extraction.Results showed that the extracts of Nepeta cataria prescrip-tions with mass concentration of 0.5 wt% could significantly mitigated the amount of the histamine phosphate and run up the threshold of itch at (1 54 ±31 )μg.Further,vascular permeability by 1 5.5% with mass con-centration of 2.0 wt% and the protection rate of water dispersion in allergic skin was 1 8% with mass concen-tration of 0.5 wt%.Meanwhile,the extract of Nepeta cataria prescriptions in cream matrix also could promote relieve itching,eliminate the redness of red and moisturize the allergic skin in clinical evaluation.
