摘　　要：举办和参加职业技能竞赛成为学校育人的重要途径,职业技能竞赛多方位推动学校的教学工作,实现了"以赛促教,以赛促学,以赛促建,以赛促改"的目标。为充分调动广大师生参加各级各类职业技能竞赛的积极性,本校制订职业技能竞赛管理办法,并鼓励广泛参与,组织严密,实施得力。职业技术竞赛在规范专业技能教学培养、促进教学改革创新、创建品牌学校方面起到重要作用。Organizing and participating in occupation skill competition has become an important way for vocational education, which can promote the teaching from different aspects and achieve the goal of education promotion, students＇ study, construction of competition and the teaching reform through races. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students＇ participating in all kinds of occupation skills competition, Jiangmen School of Chinese Medicine formulates a series of institution to encourage wide participation and try to organize well. The occupation skills competition can standardize the teaching of skills training, promotethe reform of teaching innovation and play an important role in the creation of the schoolbrand.
