摘 要:目的对以团队为基础的学习(Team-based learning,TBL)教学法在口腔临床见习教学中的应用进行探索和总结。方法将齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学系2012级100名学生随机分为10组,每组10人。随机分配实验组(TBL组)和对照组(传统组),口腔医学课结束后进行问卷调查和理论及临床病例考核。结果 90.0%以上学生对TBL教学满意,TBL组期末考试临床病例分析部分得分(85.28±5.22)分明显高于传统组(75.61±6.13)分。结论团队学习应用于口腔病例分析教学效果优于传统教学方法,有助于培养学生临床思维、增强理论联系实际的能力,促进学生团队协作能力,是适合口腔教学的有效模式,值得广泛推广运用。Objective To explore and evaluate the possibility of the team-based learning( TBL) teaching method applied in the clinical practice teaching of stomatology. Methods 100 students in grade 2012 of the clinic medicine of Qiqihar Medical College were randomly divided into ten groups, and each group had 10 groups. They were randomly divided into experimental group(TBL)and control group( traditional teaching mode group). At the end of the term, the questionnaire survey and the theoretical and clinical cases assessment were conducted. Results More than 90.0% students were satisfied with the TBL teaching. The achievements displayed that the clinical case analysis scores of the final examination in the TBL group( 85.28 ±5.22) were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(75.61±6.13). Conclusion The effect of team learning applied to the orthodontic case analysis teaching is superior to the traditional teaching method, and is conducive to cultivate the students clinical thinking, enhanced the ability of integrating theory with practice, and promoted the students teamwork which is the effective teaching mode suitable for orthodontic teaching, and is worth popularizing.
