摘　　要：以新闻出版上市公司为分析对象,以2006-2014年面板数据,分析在当代中国社会以及传媒企业转型过程中,传统传媒企业员工学历、岗位结构以及薪酬水平对企业盈利的影响,并提出了相应的对策和建议。With press and publication companies being the research object, and based on 2006-2014 panel data, the paper analyses how the emplyee ＇s educational level,job structure and salary level of traditional media companies have effects on company profits in the process of the transformation of the contemporary Chinese scoiety and the media business. The paper then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
