摘 要:家族企业网络能够提供经验积累、亲身实践的非正式学习机会,是创业知识获取的重要渠道。笔者使用多个地区家庭金融的调查数据,分析了作为非正式学习重要载体的家族企业网络与创业活力的关系。研究结果表明,拥有家族企业网络的受访者的非正式学习机会较多,学习方式较为多样化和丰富化,创业积极性较高,创业行为发生的概率较大,且家族企业规模越大,家族成员的创业活力越高。另外,笔者在考察非正式学习与创业活力的关系时发现,在教育制度越不完善的地区,非正式学习对受访者创业活力的影响作用越大。这在一定程度上反映了依托亲友关系的非正式学习具有弥补正式教育制度中"重理论、轻实践"缺陷的作用,但这种影响作用会随着教育制度的不断完善而逐渐减弱。这也意味着我国的教育制度改革应该在积极促进多元化实践教学的实现方面做出更多努力,为建立合理规范的教学体系提供丰富的资源支持和有力的政策保障。The family business network can provide the informal learning opportunity of experience accumulation and personal practice. It is the important channel to learn enterprise knowledge. In this paper,using the survey data of household finance,we analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurial activity and family business network,which is an important carrier of informal learning. The study found that respondents with a family business network have more informal learning opportunities. The greater probability of entrepreneurship,and the larger the size of the family business,the higher the entrepreneurial activity is. In addition,in the study of the relationship between informal learning and entrepreneurial activity,we found that the more imperfect the education system,the greater the impact of informal learning on entrepreneurial activity. This shows that informal learning based on the relationship between relatives and friends,to a certain extent,makes up for the defects of education system which emphasis on theoretical education and contempt for practice. But this effect will be gradually weakened with the continuous improvement of the education system. This also means that China's education system reform should make more efforts to promote the realization of the diversified practice teaching,to provide abundant resource support and powerful policy guarantee for the establishment of a reasonable and standard teaching system.
