摘 要:建构主义是一个系统复杂的理论体系。它强调学生的主体性、情境的实践性、学习的合作性和主体的反思性。专业实习与建构主义在理论内涵上具有明显的契合点。五邑大学行政管理专业的政务实习,是以建构主义为理论视角来设计实习流程的,整个实习突出了学生的主体性,强调实习的情境性,注重实习的互动性,重视主体的反思性。政务实习成效明显:实习单位的满意度较高,学生高度认可实习安排,协同合作提升了实践技能,实践中反思强化了学中所成。当然,实习中也存在一些问题。针对这些问题,要从建构主义理论视角进一步完善政务实习模式,必须两手抓,一方面要强化主体间的互动合作,另一方面要优化任务情境的设计安排。Constructivism is a complex systematic theory and focuses on learners' being subjective, situations' being practical, learning's being interactive and subjectives' being reflective. There are apparently some matching points between major practice and construetivism. The whole practice procedures of government practice of Wuyi University, designed from the perspective of con- structivism, focuses on interns' being subjectivity, practice's being situational, internship's being interactive and interns' being re- flective. Thus, there is an obvious progress in government practice, a high degree of satisfaction among practice units, a high de- gree of recognition practice arrangement among students. The practical skills of the students are improved a lot with cooperation and they learn a lot through reflection in the progress of practice. There certainly have some problems in the process of practice, thus, to solve these problems, the mode of government practice is bound to be improved from the perspective of constructivism, with two sides putting more efforts : to strengthen subjects' interaction and cooperation and to optimize the arrangement of task situation.
