教育异化对大学教师角色的影响及消除路径

摘　　要：文章将教育异化这一现象与大学教师的角色结合在一起进行讨论,揭示了教育异化对大学教师角色的消极影响,并分别从行政层级逐步淡出大学教师的职业生命、设定比较均衡的大学教师考核标准、完善大学教师认证制度、大学教师自身应注重角色学习和大学教师要树立教师德性的标杆等五个方面提出消除教育异化对大学教师角色消极影响的路径选择。This article discusses the educational alienation together with the role of university teachers,revealing the negative impact affect of the educational alienation on the role of university teachers. This paper provides five ways to eliminate this negative influence from five aspects,including the gradual elimination of the administrative levels from the university teachers' career life,establishment of a balanced university teachers performance appraisal standard, improvement of the university teachers certification system, self-consciousness of university teachers' role learning,and attention to the university teachers' virtue construction.
