106例高校英语教师工作倦怠情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解高校英语教师工作倦怠水平的现状,为高校英语教师的工作倦怠干预提供依据。方法采用中式工作倦怠量表（CMBI）对106名高校英语教师进行测试。结果高校英语教师轻度工作倦怠的检出率为30.2%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为24.5%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为1.9%;有子女者的人格解体显著低于无子女者;21~30岁组的人格解体显著高于31~40岁组（P〈0.05）;本科学历教师的情感耗竭和成就感降低明显高于硕士学历教师（P〈0.05）。结论高校英语教师的倦怠水平处于中轻度范围,应当予以重视。Objective To find out work burnout level of college English teachers and its influencing factors. Method A total of 106 college English teachers were investigated by filling out Chinese Maslach burnout inventory（ CMBI）. Results After four weeks of consecutive treatment,insulin tolerance and glucose tolerance of the high-and middle level houttuynia cordate groups improved remarkably（ P 0. 05）and their TNF-α alpha level and interleukin level decreased tremendously,which has the same effect with the pioglitazone group and there is no significant difference compared with the normal comparison group.Conclusion College English teachers have slight to moderate work burnout. Colleges should pay more attention to the work burnout of college English teachers.
