摘　　要：高职学生作为技术应用型人才,和其他大学生一样面临着就业难的问题。诸多的因素影响着高职学生的就业,职业道德是其中之一。欲探究二者之间存在的内在的必然联系,就必须先对高职学生的就业现状和职业道德的建设现状做出详细的分析,以此为基础对职业道德教育与高职学生就业的内在逻辑关系进行进一步解读。Higher vocational college students, the technology applied talents, are faced with the problem of employment.Many factors affect the employment of higher vocational students, one of which is professional ethics. Aimingto exploring the inevitable immanent connection, this paper analyzes Higher Vocational Students＇ employment statusand professional ethics construction status in detail. Based on this, it is further interpreted the inner logical relationshipbetween professional ethics and Vocational College Students＇ employment.
